The house was built in 1971 by the renowned Dutch architect Onno Greiner and his Greek colleague, Stathis Trimis. It is situated on two olive terraces in the heart of the valley of Poulati. The interior is appox. 100m2 on a site of approx. 700m2. The house features a large living room with sofas, a desk and a wood stove. There is a dining room and a large kitchen. There are two separate bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet.
Three storage rooms for garden furniture, tools etc. are located below the house on the lower terrace. The house sits atop two fresh-water cisterns of 31m3. The house is also connected to the municipal water supply.
